- Faulty items can be returned for a store credit or full refund.
- Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
- Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. Any discount will be carried over.
- Returns take 2-4 business days to process once received.

How to return an item;
- All returns must include a completed returns form. Please fill out and submit form below, then print once completed.
- Please pack up item/s to be returned including printed returns form and invoice, then post to the below address:
