Returns Policy

  • Returned items must be in their original condition/packaging, unworn and unwashed with all tags intact
  • Full priced items can be returned for a store credit or full refund.
  • Sale items can be returned for a store credit. No refunds will be given on sale items unless faulty.
  • Faulty items can be returned for a store credit or full refund.
  • Items must be returned within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
  • Refunds are issued using the original method of payment. Any discount will be carried over.
  • Returns take 2-4 business days to process once received.
  • We do not cover the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty. In the case of a faulty item, contact our customer service team at shop@namastai.com.au

How to return an item;

  • All returns must include a completed returns form. Please fill out and submit form below, then print once completed.
  • Please pack up item/s to be returned including printed returns form and invoice, then post to the below address:
